What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 4pm and check-out is by 11am, both assisted by a member of our reception team. Reception is staffed from 7am to 10pm daily.
Is parking available?
Yes, every apartment comes with one reserved parking space on site, plus complimentary EV charging. If you need an additional space, just speak to reception once you’ve arrived.
Are the apartments dog friendly?
Registered assistance dogs are always welcome. Beyond that, dogs are welcome in our designated pet-friendly apartments, just let us know when you book. During your stay, please keep dogs on a lead in communal areas and use the dog beds provided rather than the furniture.
How do I get the best rate?
Always book directly through this site. You will get our best available rate, flexible terms, and no third-party fees.
Can you store my luggage before check-in or after check-out?
Yes, just ask our reception team and we’ll look after your bags for you.

Hidden St Ives sits down a quiet lane above the town of St Ives, with the coastal path turning wild as it stretches west towards Zennor. Close enough to walk into town, far enough to feel like your own retreat. Our address is Hidden, St Ives, TR26 3AA.
How do I find Hidden St Ives by car?
Coming off the A30, exit the roundabout onto Nut Lane/A3074 and continue through the next roundabout, taking the 1st exit onto Mill Hill onto the B3311 towards St Ives. Turn right to stay on the B3311, then right again onto Higher Stennack/B3306. At the next roundabout, take the 1st exit onto Carnellis Road and continue onto Alexandra Place. Turn left onto Burthallan Lane, a steep, narrow lane, and take the 3rd right turn (the first two right turns are private residential accesses). Continue straight and you’ll find Hidden St Ives parking and reception towards the top of the lane. Our postcode for satnav is TR26 3AA.
What's nearby?
The nearest shop is a 5 minute walk (0.2 miles) and Porthmeor Beach around 12 minutes (0.6 miles), with St Ives town centre about 14 minutes on foot (0.7 miles). For something closer to home, The Quarter Deck is just a few yards down the garden path, and if you’re arriving by train, St Ives station is a 20 minute walk away. Beyond the town you’ll find Tate St Ives and the Barbara Hepworth Museum, and further along the coast, Land’s End, St Michael’s Mount and the Minack Theatre.
Is Hidden St Ives accessible?
Some apartments are have limited steps from the car park and reachable by lift, though layouts vary across the development. Let us know about any accessibility needs before you book and we’ll help find an apartment that works for you.
Is smoking allowed?
No, smoking and vaping aren’t permitted anywhere indoors, in line with UK law. A charge of up to £250 may apply if evidence of this is found.
Is tap water safe to drink?
Yes, tap water in Cornwall is safe to drink and meets UK standards.
Is there a chauffeur or transport service?
Yes, we run a complimentary local chauffeur service for guests within a two-mile radius, covering St Ives and the nearby beaches. It runs from 7am to 9pm daily, once you’ve checked in.

Do the apartments have a hot tub?
Some apartments have their own private hot tub and terrace, and there’s also a communal hot tub open to all guests, bookable through reception. Our concierge will run through what’s available for your specific apartment at check-in, and children are welcome in the communal hot tub with an adult present.
What is The Hidden Lounge?
It’s a calm shared space by reception, open to all guests, for working, reading or simply taking a moment to yourself.
What wellbeing facilities are there?
Guests have access to a gym, open from 7am to 10pm, plus a sauna, steam room, cold plunge and communal hot tub, all pre-bookable through reception.
Is there a concierge service?
Yes, our concierge team is based at reception and can help with restaurant bookings, local tips and last-minute plans.
Is Wi-Fi included?
Yes, complimentary high speed Wi-Fi runs throughout the apartments, with your network details provided at check-in. We do everything we can to keep it reliable but can’t guarantee an uninterrupted connection.
How many guests can stay?
Every apartment has a maximum occupancy, and the number of guests must match what you declared when booking. Occupancy varies by apartment, our two-bedroom apartments typically sleep up to 4, so let us know your group size and we’ll match you to the right one.
Are the apartments self-catering?
Yes. Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer and dishwasher, so you can cook for yourselves as much or as little as you like.
Is housekeeping included?
Housekeeping is available throughout your stay, just speak to our reception team and we’ll find a time that works for you.
Can I get a travel cot or highchair?
Yes, just ask in advance of your stay and we’ll have it ready for you on arrival.
What if my bed is too hard or soft, or I need extra bedding?
Just speak to our reception team, they’re on hand to help with anything from extra pillows to a mattress topper, whatever makes your stay more comfortable.
